Kawasaki Vulcan S Pearl Lava Orange 1st owner, Koco Kaustubh Dhavale
Kawasaki Vulcan S, launched in December 2017 was only offered in a distinct black color until now.
Following positive customer response received for the Kawasaki Vulcan S in a black color scheme, the company in May 2018 launched a new Pearl Lava Orange color to the palate. Koco Kaustubh Dhavale, lead guitarist of Agnee is the first owner of the Kawasaki Vulcan S Pearl Lava Orange.
This new color scheme,Kawasaki Vulcan S Pearl Lava Orange will only be on offer in a few cities and the bike will be priced at INR 5,58,400 as against the black colored Vulcan S which carries a price tag of INR 5,48,400.
Kawasaki Vulcan S is built on a high tensile steel diamond frame with 41mm telescopic fork in the front and 5.1mm at the rear. Braking is via 300mm disc with twin piston calipers in the front and 250mm disc at the rear while dual channel ABS is offered as standard.
Sporting a low seating and relaxed riding position, the cruiser motorcycle gets adjustable foot pegs for added rider comfort. The bike is lightweight, fun to ride and is easily maneuverable. It offers excellent performance while on the highway and the engine is easily controlled while in city limits.
It is powered by a 649cc, 4 stroke, 2 cylinder, DOHC, liquid cooled engine offering 60.2 bhp power at 7,500 rpm and 62.78 Nm torque at 6,600 rpm mated to a 6 speed gearbox. In terms of competition, Kawasaki Vulcan S competes with the Harley Davidson Street. It will also compete with the upcoming Royal Enfield 650cc motorcycles which are due for launch in the coming weeks.
